Refund Policy
Last Updated: 21 September 2026
This Refund Policy applies to Sarvoty, a business platform operated by Infonubs (“Company”, “Sarvoty”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Sarvoty operates primarily through a prepaid wallet system. This policy explains when wallet funds and other payments may be eligible for a refund.
1. PREPAID WALLET SYSTEM
Sarvoty uses a prepaid wallet-based billing model.
After registering for a Sarvoty account, users may be required to complete the applicable onboarding process before accessing and using the platform.
As part of the onboarding process, the final onboarding step may require the user to add a minimum amount of ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only) to their Sarvoty wallet.
The ₹999 minimum wallet recharge is required to complete onboarding and activate the applicable Sarvoty account.
Users may add additional funds to their wallet after completing onboarding.
Wallet funds may be used for applicable charges arising from the user’s use of the Sarvoty platform.
Wallet balances are prepaid usage funds and do not represent bank accounts, deposits, financial assets, or stored-value financial instruments.
2. ₹999 MINIMUM FIRST WALLET RECHARGE
The minimum amount required during the applicable final onboarding step is ₹999.
The first successful wallet recharge must therefore be ₹999 or more.
For example:
-
₹999 — accepted
-
₹1,000 — accepted
-
₹2,000 — accepted
-
₹5,000 — accepted
A wallet recharge below ₹999 is not available where the applicable onboarding flow requires the minimum onboarding recharge.
The ₹999 amount is credited to the user’s Sarvoty wallet and may be used toward applicable Sarvoty usage and charges.
3. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR THE FIRST WALLET RECHARGE
Sarvoty provides a 14-day unused-balance money-back guarantee on the user’s first successful wallet recharge.
The guarantee is designed to allow new users to complete onboarding, explore the Sarvoty platform, and evaluate whether it is suitable for their business.
The guarantee applies only to the first successful wallet recharge.
Eligibility
The first successful wallet recharge is eligible for refund consideration when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
-
It is the user’s first successful wallet recharge with Sarvoty.
-
The recharge amount was successfully credited to the user’s Sarvoty wallet.
-
The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the first successful wallet recharge.
-
The refund request relates only to the unused balance from that first wallet recharge.
-
The amount being refunded has not already been consumed or deducted through Sarvoty platform usage or applicable charges.
-
The transaction can be verified by Sarvoty.
-
The request does not involve fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or other misuse of the refund policy.
-
The applicable ₹99 refund processing charge is deducted from the eligible refund amount.
4. WHAT THE 14-DAY GUARANTEE COVERS
The guarantee covers the unused portion of the first wallet recharge, subject to the ₹99 refund processing charge described in this policy.
It does not automatically mean that the complete original payment will be returned to the user’s payment method.
The refundable amount depends on:
-
The original first wallet recharge amount.
-
The amount already used or deducted.
-
The remaining eligible unused balance.
-
The ₹99 refund processing charge.
Example 1 — ₹999 first recharge with no usage
A user completes onboarding by adding ₹999.
If no wallet funds have been used and the refund request is eligible:
-
First recharge: ₹999
-
Unused balance: ₹999
-
Refund processing charge: ₹99
-
Final refund: ₹900
Example 2 — ₹999 first recharge with ₹199 usage
A user completes onboarding with ₹999 and ₹199 is subsequently deducted from the wallet.
-
First recharge: ₹999
-
Used: ₹199
-
Unused balance: ₹800
-
Refund processing charge: ₹99
-
Final refund: ₹701
Example 3 — ₹2,000 first recharge with ₹500 usage
A user adds ₹2,000 as their first wallet recharge and ₹500 is subsequently deducted.
-
First recharge: ₹2,000
-
Used: ₹500
-
Unused balance: ₹1,500
-
Refund processing charge: ₹99
-
Final refund: ₹1,401
5. ₹99 REFUND PROCESSING CHARGE
A ₹99 refund processing charge applies to refunds approved under the 14-day first-wallet-recharge money-back guarantee.
The charge covers administrative and payment-related processing associated with reviewing and processing the refund request.
The ₹99 processing charge is deducted from the eligible unused wallet balance before the refund is issued.
Refund calculation
Final Refund Amount = Eligible Unused Balance − ₹99 Refund Processing Charge
The refund processing charge is applied once per approved refund request.
Example
If the eligible unused balance is ₹999:
₹999 − ₹99 = ₹900 final refund
If the eligible unused balance is ₹800:
₹800 − ₹99 = ₹701 final refund
If the eligible unused balance is ₹99 or less, there may be no refundable amount after the processing charge.
6. USED WALLET FUNDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
The 14-day guarantee applies only to the unused balance of the first wallet recharge.
Amounts already consumed or deducted through Sarvoty platform usage are not refundable under the 14-day unused-balance guarantee.
For example, if a user’s first recharge is ₹999 and ₹300 has already been consumed, the unused balance is ₹699.
The ₹300 already consumed is not refundable.
The potential refund calculation would be:
₹699 unused balance − ₹99 processing charge = ₹600 final refund
7. SUBSEQUENT WALLET RECHARGES
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the user’s first successful wallet recharge.
Subsequent wallet recharges are generally non-refundable.
For example, if a user:
-
Completes onboarding with a first recharge of ₹999.
-
Later adds another ₹2,000.
-
Requests a refund for the ₹2,000 recharge.
The second recharge is not covered by the 14-day first-recharge guarantee.
Subsequent wallet recharges may only be reviewed for refund in limited circumstances described in this policy, such as:
-
Duplicate transactions
-
Verified technical billing errors
-
Unauthorized transactions
-
Failed wallet credits
8. THIRD-PARTY CHARGES
Sarvoty may use third-party providers, infrastructure, payment systems, APIs, or other external systems in connection with the platform.
Charges imposed directly by third parties may not be recoverable by Sarvoty and are not automatically covered by Sarvoty’s 14-day first-wallet-recharge guarantee.
If a portion of a user’s wallet balance has been consumed because of third-party charges or related platform usage, that amount may not be eligible for refund.
Third-party services and transactions may also be subject to the applicable provider’s own terms, conditions, billing rules, and refund policies.
Sarvoty does not guarantee refunds of charges imposed directly by third-party providers.
9. TRANSACTION AND PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Depending on the payment method and payment provider, a transaction may involve payment processing, gateway, banking, currency conversion, or other transaction-related charges.
Where applicable, such third-party charges may not be recoverable by Sarvoty.
The ₹99 Sarvoty refund processing charge described in this policy is separate from any fees that may have been charged by a payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other third party.
10. OTHER REFUND-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS
Apart from the first-wallet-recharge guarantee, Sarvoty may review refund requests in limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate Transaction
Where the same transaction was successfully charged more than once due to a verified duplication.
Technical Billing Error
Where a technical error caused an incorrect charge or incorrect wallet deduction.
Unauthorized Transaction
Where a transaction is reported as unauthorized and is successfully verified by Sarvoty.
Failed Wallet Credit
Where payment was successfully processed but the corresponding wallet credit was not successfully completed.
In such cases, Sarvoty may investigate the transaction and determine the appropriate resolution.
The ₹99 processing charge may not necessarily apply to refunds resulting from a verified technical error, duplicate transaction, failed wallet credit, or another situation where the refund is required to correct an error attributable to Sarvoty.
The applicable resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the transaction.
11. REFUND REQUEST PERIOD
For the first-wallet-recharge guarantee, the refund request must be submitted within:
14 calendar days from the date of the first successful wallet recharge.
The 14-day period begins from the date on which the first wallet recharge is successfully credited or recorded as successful by Sarvoty or its payment provider.
Requests submitted after the applicable 14-day period may not qualify for the first-recharge money-back guarantee.
12. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, contact Sarvoty at:

Please include:

13. REFUND REVIEW AND VERIFICATION

-
Whether the transaction was the user’s first wallet recharge
-
Original recharge amount
-
Date of the recharge
-
Current and historical wallet balance
-
Amount already consumed or deducted

-
Eligibility for the refund
The refundable amount, if any, will be determined after this review.
14. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND MISUSE
Sarvoty reserves the right to investigate refund requests that appear to involve fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse of this policy.
Examples may include:
-
Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly use the first-recharge guarantee
-
Repeatedly attempting to obtain refunds after consuming wallet funds
-
Providing false transaction information
-
Attempting to manipulate wallet balances
-
Payment fraud
-
Chargeback abuse
-
Other attempts to circumvent the intended purpose of this policy
The first-wallet-recharge guarantee is intended for genuine new customers evaluating Sarvoty and is not intended to be used repeatedly through multiple accounts or other mechanisms.
Where fraud or abuse is identified, Sarvoty may reject the refund request and may take other appropriate action in accordance with its Terms of Service and applicable law.
15. REFUND CALCULATION
Where a first-wallet-recharge refund is approved, the refundable amount will generally be calculated as follows:
Eligible Unused Balance − ₹99 Refund Processing Charge = Final Refund Amount
| First Recharge | Amount Used | Unused Balance | Processing Charge | Final Refund |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ₹999 | ₹0 | ₹999 | ₹99 | ₹900 |
| ₹999 | ₹199 | ₹800 | ₹99 | ₹701 |
| ₹999 | ₹500 | ₹499 | ₹99 | ₹400 |
| ₹2,000 | ₹500 | ₹1,500 | ₹99 | ₹1,401 |
| ₹2,000 | ₹2,000 | ₹0 | ₹99 | ₹0 |
These examples are illustrative. The actual refundable amount is determined after transaction and wallet-usage verification.
If the eligible unused balance is ₹99 or less, no positive refund amount may remain after deduction of the ₹99 refund processing charge.
16. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once a refund has been approved, processing may require several business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in the user’s original payment method may depend on:
-
Payment gateway
-
Bank
-
Card issuer
-
UPI provider
-
Payment method
-
Geographic location
-
Financial institution processing times
Sarvoty is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI providers, or other financial institutions.
17. REFUND METHOD
Where possible, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the applicable transaction.
Sarvoty may request additional information when the original payment method cannot receive the refund or when additional verification is required.
The ₹99 refund processing charge will be deducted before the refund is issued.
18. WALLET BALANCE AFTER REFUND REQUEST
Once a refund request is submitted, Sarvoty may temporarily restrict the use of the amount under review while the request is being verified.
If wallet funds subject to a refund request are consumed before the refund is processed, the eligible refund amount may be recalculated based on the remaining eligible unused balance.
The ₹99 refund processing charge will then be deducted from the final eligible unused balance.
19. LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory refund, cancellation, consumer, or other statutory right, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
20. POLICY CHANGES
Sarvoty may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
The updated policy will apply according to its stated effective date and applicable law.
